Add more SURPLUS weapons
Currently afaik theres only a rifle and shotgun, please at at least a pistol and smg surplus so characters that have perks to improve those weapons can benefit from them when you go on hobo runs with only surplus stuff

Just buy one it really really cheap

Surplus weapones are ♥♥♥♥ (except shotgun which is so so). You literally sleep on the cash and can buy best guns even for rat runs. No need to collecting it

imo. surplus weapon run is like knife run in tarkov so no point of add more of it.
also one lock box is like 15k and most weapon is only around 10k...

They could add a Sten gun (SMG) and Obrez (Cursed Mosin Nagant Pistol) for new surplus weapons.

Probably not LMG and GL surpluses tho xD
The USP is basically a Surplus Pistol at some point, there's like three of the easy, do-anywhere quests that you pick up to fill up your quest log for a run that reward them. I've got like 80 of the things, lmao.

I noticed that once you start selling stuff to vendors, their reputation with you rises and prices go down.

Are you sure? You might mistaken that rep raise with the fact you might be killing enemies which also raise/lower rep with different factions, not to mention the quests.

Nah, selling stuff increases rep directly. Give it a try with a lockbox. It's like a quarter of a bar by itself.

You can murder 40 cyborgs then buy the Eurasians off by selling their parts back to Aramaki.

I have observed this. Been hoarding a lot of stuff during my last few runs and decided to sell stuff. Went from 40k to 250k credits and the first weaponry merchant went to reputation lvl III and prices down to 75% from 125%

IMO Surplus guns should be based on the character's weapon abilities, and not be selectable. So the Shaman for example should have a surplus SMG instead of the rifle, but still have the shotgun.

It so easy to get ammo and surplus sucks you shouldn't use it unless you absolutely have too.

You are missing the point.
