Where do I find the targeting systems in EM?

Just got this quest and Id really like to get the grenade launcher. But EM is a prety good size map. I still dont know where the locked med bay is or where I would get these targeting systems

The locked med bay is in the deeper part of the trenches, if u spawn pipe, Continue Forward keeping more to the right, if u spawn bunker it is to the right going down the sewer, its a big door and it has 2 locks on each side where u have to do a little captcha-esque match the pictures puzzle, and yeah from what I hear some quest that spawn things are not working properly, like the one for the AA guns in ashen (I assume the rate for these things are very low maybe)
