Died to eurasian cyborgs twice now in the exact same way

After looting stuff and moving towards extraction I have now died twice in the exact same way to Eurasian cyborgs.

How it happened both times:

I see the flying mech things that are in combat with each other, after watching to see where they are going to go for about 10 seconds, I start getting shot in the back, I turn around to see a full squad of the cyborgs (around 8 of them) about 5 meters behind me...

How has this happened two times??? I checked behind me as I was approaching the flying bots to make sure I'll be clear when I start to move so I know where I can go, and nothing is there when I turn around.

So twice now I've wasted like 15 minutes walking around and looting stuff just to die to some cyborgs spawning behind me

I too have gotten a surprise close range spawn a few times over. one group of melee bois isn't an issue as much as what comes looking if you manage to gun them down and live.
