weapon part crafting?

Anyone know where this terminal is? I have the special ammo one, but I did upgrade while the game was bugged and i somehow brute forced the cursor to upgrade, am I screwed? If so, and a dev see's this, revert my weapon part crafting, I don't care about losing the money, I can get that again

Построил крафт частей оружия, появился терминал с патронами. Купил терминал с патронами, ничего не изменилось. Крафта деталей оружия нигде не нашёл.

Built a weapon parts craft, a terminal with ammo appeared. Bought a terminal with ammo, nothing changed. I couldn't find weapon parts craft anywhere.
