Can't shoot, can't run

Every now and then I'll open a loot box and after I'm done I am unable to shoot or run. I'm talking I spawn in, open a container grab one item and suddenly I am helpless so it's not an encumbrance issue. I won't even be able to aim my weapon. I can hit hit escape and click around the menu screen just fine but until I extract or die and start a new round all I can do is walk like I'm on a Sunday stroll.

Had this happen a couple of times to me and have no idea why. And yeah, it's when I'm looting. It hasn't happened to me recently thankfully, but haven't found a reason for it or how to get out of it (I play solo) when it happens (besides extracting/leaving the mission).

Apparently a Fix for this is clicking the loot all button on a loot screen (As someone who told me this fix) As I had it happen to me but I manage to escape a timed evac (was dealing with cyborgs)

this just happened to me! i thought i couldnt run or aim cuz i was too heavy, but it definitely felt like more of a bug than a feature. got swarmed by brawlers after noisily pulling loot out of my rig trying to figure out what was going on

I had it happen when I was shot mid looting, could not move forwards or backwards but could walk sideways and jump.

After a few frantic seconds of fighting with the controls I accidentally vaulted a wall and was able to move normally again.

If the loot all option doesn´t work, try to climb up a rock or another obstacle. That solved the issue for me.

Happened to me while in combat, lost everything,,,,,,

This happened to me and by some miracle I managed to waddle walk to extraction, I had to melee kill 2 hunter killers to death on the way as I could not aim, shoot, or run.

At least from this I discovered: don't sleep on melee guys, it hard stun locks the enemy apparently.

This happens to me only on Scav girl. Must be something wrong there.

I just ran into something similar: I deposited some loot into the scav, went to shotgun a Eurasian cyborg, and could not shoot. I was also playing as Scav girl.
