Never got rig upgrade after finding water?

hey everyone, just wondering if what im experiencing is normal or if something's wrong. I just did the mission where you find 1 thing of water to bring back, and I thought I was supposed to get some sort of "gun runner" rig after completion, but it seems I got nothing at all, can't change anything with my rig whatsoever, it's the same as when I started.

am I missing something?

Did you turn the quest in? Also, is your chosen character able to use the gun runner pack?

in your combat load out screen there is one labled rigs, it should show up there once you turn in the quest, some characters have rig limits though

I'm missing that rig as well. It's not in my equipment screen and I've already turned in the quest

I believe it means he will be available in store.

Same issue, did not receive the gun runner rig. Its usable by all the characters and you used to get it at this point from turning in the quest. As of this update you no longer receive it.

The rigs are very buggy for alot of folks atm. Rig pieces just dissapear, system tells us the rig has to be restored, yet I have it equipped just fine. Really needs to be fixed soon.

I'm also experiencing the failure to receive the gunrunner rig after correctly turning in the water quest. So not just you, unfortunately.

There's a new hotfix, can someone test if they're receiving the gunrunner rig? make sure to make a backup of your save first tho to claim your rewards.

I didn't get the gunrunner rig. Instead I got a rig called "Medium Scavengers Frame", it was untextured meshes, and the description was "lorem ipsum". You can't customize or equip it.

And no, the one I'm wearing isn't from the quest, I bought that with money.

Couldn't replicate this, any more info on how you got it? Did you do something specific or just turn in quest?

I just got it when I turned in the quest. I still have it.

Same it failed for me too, been working on water to get the merchant to come so i can just buy a better rig.
