think i found a temp fix, put frame rate limit to 60. any higher than that it CTDs. mabye a problem with 4090 cards..

yea confirmed did a long test limiting frames in game to 60 you won't ctd. but game dont exactly run great

Using 3080 2k resolution - tried 4k and fullhd...doesnt really matter

Im not going to play a game on a pc with fixed 30 FPS thats just eye rape at that point....its just stuttering for me,... eternal stutter ( i am used to 144hz, anything below 75 is pure stutter)

It might be worth checking what cpu you have, some i7 and i9s have the wrong bios settings which makes them unstable. I had this error a few times as well as it crashing while loading the shaders about 50% of the time on my i7-13700k. Updating the bios worked and had hardly any crashes since

I got that too, it mostly happened when I tried to play the ashen map. it simply wouldn't let me play there. Other maps were fine, and sometimes Id get that crash when trying to return to the innards after a mission. I think the games simply not optimized yet. kinda reminds me of the early access of Ark. Since this is such a common bug I bet it's on their hit list.

I'm getting the same crash now in 2025

Same crash, just got it today twice in a row. First was in a mission and the 2nd was in the hub on the character screen just idling. My fps is capped to 60, dunno what's going on or what's up but this just started happening

Same here. 3090 Super, 64gb of ram. Intel i9 9900k. Limiting frames to 60 did not help. Crashed 3 times on my first day playing it. Once on my 2nd day. The game is unplayable in this state. I typically crash after playing for about 45 minutes to a hour. I don't get this kind of crashing in any other game. It's a serious issue.
