You get a scope. Its just on level 7 or 9 of the weapon. But the SVD is deadly from the get go and it can be silenced on LVL 1. So yeah the weapon is a monster.

I got the SVD to level 16 which unlocked the C variant of the upper receiver, which has given me a rail to mount a sight of my own (Not actually completely sure if I unlocked it at level 15 or 16, but it's one of those)
Also, for anyone using the D variant of the barrel, do you know if the integrated suppressor works? Or is it just visual flair on the barrel? As it removes the muzzle device option

? If I'm not mistaken, the level 9 one, as mentioned above, is an integrated scope that you cannot remove for a custom one
