Buy now or later?

I am just wondering should I:

1.) Buy NOW while the price is low and wait for them to fix some stuff, and adjust some stuff after getting feedback from players.
Pros: Save money because discounted introductory price, and I get to play now
cons: game has bugs/problems. will they change stuff to my liking? If not, im wasting money

2.) Buy LATER and the price will be unknown (not on introductury sale) and surely after some time they change and tweak some stuff, hopefully to my liking.
Pros: I dont have to worry about bugs or elements I dont like until they do some changes.
Cons: Price will be higher than now.

What do you gusy think?

Do I have the budget? Yes.
Do I wanna play the game? Yes.
Do I like the gameplay? Yes.
Do I like the water system? Not really.
Do I like to play buggy, unoptimized games? No.
