Don't know, if it would be paid or not tho.
I think it's perfectly valid to talk about something other than the water system for once.
Yes, it's annoying that the water upgrade doesn't work like it should, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't talk about anything else until that's fixed.
I also wish we could modify our characters' appearances to some extent. The fact our look is randomized every time we die doen't make me happy.
Or maybe you could use one of the dozens of threads about the water system instead of trying to hijack this one?
By the way, until it's fixed, there is a little workaround - open the Upgrade station, then check your water level and that should enable the upgrade until you quit or start the next mission. Meaning - if you have finished quests or water containers, you can do this to enable the upgrade, turn in your quests/barrels and it'll work.
Anyway, thanks for the info! I was hoping they'd add big red arrows to character select to choose which skin we want on. It'd be nice to use the alternate looks by choice, in addition to whatever skins they're selling.
