Europa Vendor
Does this vendor only go up to tier 2 at the moment? I believe I finished all the "intro quests".

My Eurasia vendor is tier 3.

Is there no Euruska vendor?

The Eurasia vendor has a Japanese name, but he seems to mostly sell Russian/Soviet style of weaponry, despite Eurasia troops in-game actually using P90s.

Nevermind. Did some random quest to kill some Eurasians and now I can push Europa vendor to tier 3.

There is no Euruska trader (at least for now) but since Eurasia and Euruska are allies, Aramaki fulfills both jobs.
