AA-12 and USAS-12 are murder machines, especially with extended mags. it's also a Crowd control wonder. Yesterday I got caught in the back at 10+ meters by 20 armed cyborgs, and I reflex mag dumped toward them, allowing me to stunlock them long enough to go in cover and then take them on.
SVD is very decent with headshots once you can get a silencer and a scope on it.
Can't tell for the two A-M snipers cause my main character cannot use them.
M79 is a nice 'you die' button for the characters that can't equip grenade launchers.
that might be true. I've probably never got shot plain center by a teamate, so I don't know the exact damage, but even an uncentered miss-fire can cost you about 800 HP. What I know is that when I shoot ennemies upper torso, they tend to die immediatelly. Even EOD hunter-killers die in 2-3 shots upper torso, even got a few one-shots if everything lands in the head.
I'm guessing you can't really silence a shotty?
The saw can have a silencer btw, SCAR too i think?
But in terms of discussing the pros and cons of each weapon, this is outstanding. I don't agree with some of his conclusions, but I love the way he thinks and how he outlines his thoughts on each one.

Scar does not have a muzzle suppressor in the game that works at the moment that I know of.
Yep it can get pretty hectic, the AA12 is a here I am signal,, and it doesn't help that when you run out of ammo you don't automatically switch to the Equip 2 slot
Thx, It was very useful to find out the rate of fire of weapons (as well as the real damage of 36M antitank and grenade launchers)
Around 225 dmg with 95 shots silenced is bearly beatable as allrounder ;-)
Still I can't await the fix for all the barrels with included silencers, since it would allow alot more options if you want to stay quiet.
