Resolution change and restart inconsistancies DEV (SPOILER)

1. When changing resolutions, the game needs a raster box around the perimeter of the screen so you can see if the new resolution is clipping or not.

2. When you lose your base due to water not being replenished, you also lose your rig upgrade option. Yet I am on the 3 mission where I am expected to STILL get drone parts, and don't have an option to start COMPLETELY over (which I would do.) Having lost the upgraded rig at the 3rd mission could make the hard game, harder.

I think we get to keep the standard rig? the default one without the gun rack I mean.

Haven't experienced the water wipe yet tho...
