Underground cemetery quests (Quest Spoilers!)

So I got the quest to collect a logbook and communication devices from the underground cemetery.
So far I've found one pile of corpses where I could interact giving me one comms device, however all other corpse piles on the map which looked vaguely familiar had none. And I only found it by accident, is it a specific spot on the corps piles I need to aim at? Is the amount of comms devices per map random so I have to go in there multiple times?

The log book is even more obscure, according to charles it should be somewhere on the shrine (I assume the big thing in the "middle" of the map with the gravestones around, but I checked the whole space and no logbook to be seen, I even entered the "hidden" part behind the hackable door to get in what could be a control room, nothing there.

I haven't checked the room down the stairs to the right yet because everytime I start the map, one of those huge mechanical dogs spawns there and prevents me from going there.
What am I missing? If you know, you could start with mild hints instead of spoiling the whole quest so I know where to look.

The Com Devices can be found quite often on the map, usally where corpses are, like the log book not easy to spot on the ground. Ever tried bringing the tactical camera? Makes spotting enemies and items way easier. As for the log book specifically, you`re on the right track with the central room.

For what? Com Devices I`d say you don`t need another hint ;-) .
Log Book? Well, the central burial ground/cemetery is where it is. It lies on the ground in the middle of the room where the candles are. As far as I know there`s 3 spots where it can lie there. Like I said if you take the tactical camera with you using that it should light up in green if you don`t see it normally.

And yes, that thing is hard to spot (without the tac cam).
Edit: if you never used the Tac cam, hold Q. Just saying... . ^^
Edit2: Hidden control room? Damn, I need to search for that too. Didn`t see that yet.

Which vendor sells it? I currently only have Grillo and Aramaki at level 3

Edit: ok, as far as I see the vendors don`t sell the tactical camera. But I am certain you can get it from quests and the gatcha boxes. In combat loadout it is found under large items.
To be honest, rarely used it before that map too. But on underground cemetery it is very usefull not only to spot items even to avoid the dogs (with it you can see em behind walls/doors)-

If you don`t find a quest and don`t have one under large items we could make a short scorched run, if they are droppable i could give you 2, got 51 of them. Just make sure you have a rig that can carry at least 2 large items then. ^^

The rig guy sells them. It's not intuitive because it's behind a different tab. Just open up the rig vendor, click on the tab for large items, and you'll see he sells all the usual ones.

I have not opened up the game since the update, but I doubt that's been changed.

You`re right, the Rig Vendor sells the large items, the Tac cam is one of em. Checked it, still as you knew.
