ever since the last update i cant play this game what so ever, ive re installed it multiple different drives with more than triple the hardrive space required for installation. Ran fine for 3 hours, never got to play it again

It might be your anti-virus interfering with the game due to a false positive. In which case, you would need to temporarily suspend your AV while playing/installing/updating.

I suggested it to another person who had the same issue as yours and it worked for him.

yep , disable your automatic protection and then use EXIT protection. Some antivirus might see the game as a virus. Try using 360 total secruity ,search for it ,is very good and free 98% of its features. the paid version have more features its firewall and no advertisements.
If it doesn't work , uninstall your antivirus ,restart the PC before installing the game.
