After the update, I got a virus warning

After the update I wanted to start the game and suddenly Avast reacted and told me that it could be a virus and wanted to move it to quarantine. Is this a false warning?

The process was "ForeverWinter-Win64-Shipping.exe" and it was detected as "IDP.Generic".

I really hope this is just a false warning. Has anyone else had a similar reaction?
I just want to be sure.

Dont worry about it. Just a false positive. My bitdefender didnt triggered anything and the damn thing is quite trigger happy.

Alright, good to know. I just want to make sure everything is alright, in case others have had the same warning by their antivirus programs like me.

I got a warning for an "IDG.Generic" virus, but after a full scan everything was OK. I'm using AVG. I suspected it had to do with the update. As mentioned by Thndslz, just a false positive. Happy gaming :)
