King of Kings
Got the quest "king of Kings" and have run scorhed enclave 20+ times and have never seen The Rat King. Wat is the % for it to show op? look like it to low. and where else can i find it ?

so far I`ve seen the rat king on scorched, elephant, and ashen.

Do you pray at the shrine? Curious if this thing works or just always never answers me lol.

One of the last patches said something about it, but I get ignored by the Mech god too. ;-)

When you get it spawned and it doesn't generate enough 'residue' before dying you can force respawn him by going far enough and coming back.
Its better to do this than wait till next one.
