Really awful on Steam Deck

Steam Deck is the way I launch all my Jackbox games and unfortunately this megapicker is atrociously bad on it. No controller support, scrolling doesn't work properly, way more annoying to select a game through this travesty than to just find the correct pack and launch it.

Given that this is a beta, I really hope they're working on a more deck friendly interface and controller support. Because this is definitely not it.

if you use the megapicker in desktop mode you can use the touch screen

Any movement forward on this? I tried using the Megapicker last night and the buttons and controls are still janky. No scrolling option, cant search. Really difficult to use.

First time ever posting, because, same.

When I play Jackbox, my steamdeck is docker to my TV and I use a controller to navigate, which works in the individual games, but not the picker.

They said here on Reddit controller support would be first update, and then the disastrous steam deck launch happened, so I understand it being delayed, but I havent seen an update from the dev about controller support, when really the picker is useless without it.

Another request for better controller support. I like to play on the older Steam Link with a controller plugged in (which all the jackbox games support well) but this launcher is pretty much useless

Almost spent £50ish to add some more Jackbox game packs to my account today when I saw that this doesn't work on Steam Deck properly still. I'll check again next sale I guess

That was in late July, it's now January 2025 and we still don't have controller support for the megapicker.
