And you have to start over to get the achievement you're after (without using a mod to spawn the tape you need of course) because Amanda 2 wasn't designed like how the first one was where nothing is missed permanently*. In Amanda 1, you could always backtrack to the tape or whatever else you needed to get the game's endings or in this case, the game's achievements.
*However in Amanda 2, there actually is a failsafe if you don't acquire the secret tape from the patience episode where you deliberately get all of Amanda's questions wrong. If you get the normal ending without the patience secret tape, it'll spawn the secret tape for said puzzle next time you load the game after the credits. And IIRC it also grants you the achievement for acquiring said secret tape but don't quote me on that. However like I stated above, no equivalent failsafe exists for the achievement you're after I'm sorry to say.
