Can anyone confirm the Butcher glitch/not glitch?

I dont have the game, but a youtube video by "rifle gaming" for "if you answer butcher" has a moment where he answers "butcher" during the "do you feel safe" tape BEFORE going into the alley...

The tape glitches, seemingly softlocking, repeating a part of the tape with black and red static backgrounds over and over.

I want to confirm whether or not this is a glitch or even recreatable.

Its a bug. I had it last night too. Absolutely recreatable

If you input 'butcher' or 'meatman' it does that. And you have to restart the game to make it behave and ignore that text.

The repeated lights eventually freeze with no audio.

Presumably its meant to go back to where it left-off and continue the tape but it doesn't.
