I've collected all 20 books but i didn't get the achievement. I even scanned all 20 in case and put all 20 in the book return. I don't know what else to do to get the achievement

I finally got the 22nd book. It calls Throwing Water (The most hidden book which took me 2+ hours)

I found 20 books. Cant find the remaining 2 books for the life of me. I looked at every bookshelf multiple times, and I cannot find it.

Are all the books on the bookshelfs? Are there some books that are hidden somewhere else?

Ok, I found the last 2. And yes, all the books are on the bookshelfs.

So, 6 are sitting around in the main room of the library, out in the open. One is on top of the bookshelf closest to the Kids' Corner. The last 15 are on all the bookshelves, excluding the kids' books - you need to do a lot of combing, but they're all tucked in there. I personally pointed the cursor at the shelves, and kept strafing and scanning them until it let me pick one up.
