The game glitches as soon as the intro is played. we are not able to play it

I was playing it and after the first episode it does not progress to what it is supposed to be, Does anyone else have this problem?

Anyone else's game crashes when it goes to the loading screen? I made sure my laptop met the requirements, I reset my pc, uninstalled some things, and I'm still getting this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? :'D

Do you get through the intro or does it just crash?

When quitting the game after "planning a trip tape" and then later continuing the printers help page will be blank. before quitting the page had a tip on what to do with the piggybank

Indeed, my game crashes either as soon as I get to the game menu, or when starting a game while it is loading with a black screen and ends up with an error message. My laptop perfectly meets all the requirements to run smoothly, so I hope this gets fixed soon!

Same here, it glitches whenever I hit new game or continue.I think my system passes the requirement to run the game, but please correct me if I'm wrong so I can just ask for a refund if there's no solution. Thank you.

And the truth is that it looks unusual, the same thing happened to me with the demo. The game in the menu runs smoothly, and while I load a new game the error occurs. Doesn't happen with the first Amanda the Adventurer at all

My game is lagging when the tape finishes or i skip one scene from a tape. It's okay because i can close the game and open it up again and the game start running normally, but if it's a tape like the ''birds house'' tape, i can't even pick the next tape even with all puzzles done right. Please, fix this because im stuck with this tape.

I CANT EVEN PLAY THE GAME! i spent ten bucks on this game, AND I CANT EVEN PLAY IT! i get into the intro screen and click new game and then I'm kicked! i want a refund or just to get the game to work

There is no sound when streaming. My friend is currently streaming this game for me, and there is no sound when she starts streaming. The sound worked when playing the demo, but now doesn't all of a sudden. All volumes are up, in game and on her own device, but still nothing. and newest update is installed.
