Missing Cassette?

I've been trying to get the secret ending, and I found walkthroughs and know you have to get all the secret video tapes.
I think I've gotten them all four (orange, teal, red, green) and I've watched all of them Multiple times. Still, when I replay "Do you feel safe?" the possum doesn't show up and the cassette doesn't appear.
Is there a secret step I'm missing? A secret 5th video tape? Do I have to find all the tapes and watch them before the first time I watch "Do you feel safe?" Or is it just a game glitch?

I know the game has been glitching a LOT for other people and its probably because of that

Watch all the secret tapes first (no skipping) before you watch 'Do You Feel Safe?' and the opossum should appear to the right of the library just as Amanda goes into the alley. The scene continues from there in the alley with the possum,. The cassette tape should then be on the floor just between Kids Corner and the long table.

it's still broken after this new update. watching all 4 secret tapes without skipping, opening the desk first, then watching the "Do you feel safe?" tape and stopping the possum doesn't spawn the cassette at all

I've tried this 4 times before the update and it's still not working :/

In order for the possum to show up, you have to respond to Amanda's questions with "No" and "Kate". The answer to the third question doesn't matter.

I found out that you have to not stop the possum at the end and let them struggle with him, that's the only way to get the cassette

I put no and sam and it still worked to

Update: You have to let the possum mess with Amanda at least once in each tape to unlock the cassette. Confirmed thanks to SuperHorrorBro

Hey guys does any of you know how to delete the save file? Im trying to replay the game and im stuck aff the "Lets hunt for treasure" tape, the monster killed me after giving Amanda the rooster and now the big hammer should spawn afterwards but nothing....
also when I started 2nd playthrough, the first tape didnt give me the piggybank but the rails. Is this normal what am I supposed to do?

Also I watched some tutorials for secret tapes and for me its totally different, I got the teal tape after finishing the game and pressing continue, and the orange tape I got from the train tracks second Finish station

Joanne (masked lady) cant be in the room i found out, so you have to watch "do you feel safe" first before she shows up. If you leave the game and come back the secret tapes will save but Joanne wont be their the first time you watch the tape.

In order to obtain the Cassette for the tape player you FIRST unlock with the office desk, THEN you will have to watch all of the lore tapes and collected them all. Put in the final tape "Do You Feel Safe" and play it through.

You'll notice that the possum is back in this tape. Once you finish the tape, you'll hear the jingle informing you that you've unlocked the cassette tape. Turn around and walk towards the stairs leading out of the TV area.
