A noobs attempt at cheats for solo games

Ok, so i looked up the cheats online, says for stuff like ships/stations its "ch_flagship <empire id> <design name>"
so, what is the empire ID, ive tried it many times in diffrent combinations of my player name, race name, ect but i always get a return of "unknown empire id"


keep in mind i dont play against other players, and even if i did i wouldnt be using the cheats then.

Empire ids for the player empires start at 1. In singleplayer, you will always be empire 1, the 2nd is 2, 3rd is 3, etc...

ah, ok, wow they should really add that to the cheats wiki page in game LOL

Eh, Tribble Overlord, you physically CANNOT cheat in multiplayer unless you're the server host; and even then, enabling cheats is a global operation, so you'd let all the others cheat as well.

I know :P i meant im not the type of player who lets that happen, even if im loosing XD

sorry if you guys miss understood that bit about multiplayer. where i come from cheaters and cheat users are..... kicked instantly, from groups, games, servers, you name it its like you have the plauge if you cheat. most of the time they dont understand alot of us "cheaters" are doing it to set up things for our solo games lol

Heh, now that you mention it, I find it interesting that nobody ever tries using the cheats to set up a multiplayer scenario, then turning them off.
