Test Results on a Roller Coaster?
I can't be the only one who is having this problem. Nearly every coaster I have built (with the exception of one, a wooden one), the test results are so outrageously high, it makes me not want to build the Roller Coasters. An example would be having 1.2 Excitement Rating, 16.0 Intensity Rating, 12.0 Nausea Rating, 11.2 Safety Rating. Now mind you, I understand that the high G's is a major part, but I do edit the tracks in response of this, and I still can not figure out how to get it any better. I can't add a Loop in the track without the G's being so high/negative, even at minimal speeds. Even the games pre-made tracks have terrible ratings. Does ANYONE have some sort of advice on what I might be doing wrong, or is this a glitch that needs to be fixed/looked at?

Its the game, no matter what you do right now you will encounter this until they fix it. So far Everything in the game needs fixing and polishing.

Welcome to Roller Coaster Tycoon World Early Access. :steamhappy:

Yeah I've been having the same problem it's so ridiculous. Every coaster I've build the results are ridiculous, Its have like a 1.5 excitment rating and nausea and intensity rating is extremely high it's ridiculous. I once had an intensity and nausea rating in the 20s that is so ridiculous. I don't wanna build coasters anymore either, it's just ridiculous and frustrating. I also only had one good coaster that I built and it was a wooden coaster too.

I'm also having this issue. I hope they fix this pretty soon, right now its making the game unplayable. It may as well just be called 'Nice scenery and flat ride tycoon'!

Yeah, I gotta agree with that until they fix this coaster builder.

how about yall post some videos and i can help explain the coaster rating as it stands. i might be able to help. and as soon can figure out how to take videos on here, ill post mine and show yall how its done. ive got quite a few coasters that are 7 to high 8 excitment with lower intensity and even lower nausia. but as of right now the best advice i can give is to not build higher than around 110 or else the g force will be too strong. the phyics they have running right now thinks that spee creates g force and not the track design itself. but if anyone is serious about building legitimate coasters let me know. it makes the game 100 times more enjoyable

I suppose I can give this a shot, but if speed is really the issue on the G force, then there is no point to making a good Roller Coaster. You wouldn't be able to make any good looking Roller Coasters, add loops without getting enough of the speed. That alone, is very discouraging to me. I find it funny that the game is titled "Roller Coaster Tycoon World" and it's main attraction (to several people) in it's name, is broken.

Yeah, I'll give this a shot too but it is so annoying, you won't be able to make a great coaster, I mean 110ft is nothing that's ridiculous. Yeah I agree it is broken, they better do something to fix this, it makes you not wanna play this game.

I have made a over 7 excitement with 13 intensity and 9 nausea you just to go into test mode and make adjustments to you speeds and put breaks in where they are needed or turn the track at the right speeds. It is fun making the coasters right but it takes time.

How to fix frame rate drops? (not minor, but the ones who can kill the gameplay..?)

How many hours it took you to get that ratings?!
Wyattpoop Apr 15, 2016 @ 1:23pm
first. it doesnt take that long to make one. dont use the premade tool. build your own. second, theres nothing i could tell you that would fix frame rate. thats on the developer
dgtalgoodies Apr 15, 2016 @ 2:11pm
Frame rate is fine, look what I have recorded using a single gtx 580 with not much frame drops. If you got frame drops its either your system or your hardware.

My gtx 580 plays the game smooth plus i recorded at the same time with minimal frame drops so i dont think the game is that bad because this video card is pretty old.
