I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I COULD IT STARTS UP BUT WEHEN IT GET TO THE LOADING PART IT STAYS AT 0 PRECENT AND WONT TAKE ME TO THE MAIN MENU OF THE GAME CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

Having the same issue. It was fine for roughly two hours, then when I went back into the game this issue took place. I reinstalled it with no luck.

Try this

1. Open Steam, go to Library > Games screen.
2. Right-click RollerCoaster Tycoon World
3. Select Properties
4. In the "General" tab, click Set Launch Options
5. In the box provided type "-force-d3d9" (without the quote symbols)
6. Hit Ok & Close
7. Launch your game

I had that isue too, it stops at 0%, but now after a couple updates when i start up rollercoaster i cant even go thrue the black screen before the starting atari messages..

the -force-d3d9 won't work. it crashes after starting up the game when the Steam pop-up comes in it freezes.

hopefully someone can help, because it sucks i can't load the game.
A couple days befor this shizzle the game runs smooth and works very fine. So it would be wierd my pc is fkd up.

I'm having the same issue! I played for a week without loading problems and was able to build a couple of decent sandbox parks. Now, I can't even get to the Atari logo during loading. It just freezes on a black screen. My laptop is fully updated so I'm not sure what is going on. However, any insight to this problem would be great considering I seemingly blew $60 on a game I can no longer play! Very frustrated!

My game just won't load or at least when it does is so unresponsive it may as well not be running. Blue circle constantly spinning....click something and it literally takes minutes for something to happen

if I was you go to steam support they are very helpful
