I have a park that has a pretty packaged main area and about 3000 guests, with lots of lights throughout the paths, so on, and it usually takes me about 30 seconds to load into it. This is on an HDD, not SSD.
8GB RAM, 3.3GHz i5 processor, Windows 7, HD 6950 graphics
Definately needs some work on this by Steam.
Number one, Steam is the software, Valve is the developer of it. It doesn't need work on this "by Steam", it would be "by Valve". That's like saying "Windows needs to change the look of this UI", when it would be Microsoft, since Windows is the product.
Number two, no. Valve has nothing to do with RCT World, and Steam in no way increases load times for any game.
