Good luck lol I have 30+ janitors and still people complaining about trash. same with mechanics; I have a bunch, and the game tells me I should send them directly to rides that need to be fixed, but I have no way to find my mechanics...
- No way to define which path / ride they should primary take care about
- No education to make them better
- no overview about all my employees
long story short... everything was already in RCT3. Why to leave good things behind?
It also seems like the employees have limited range from wherever you build the staff building. So even if you have like 30 janitors, you will still get messages about garbage and such if none of the janitor buildings is close to the specifc area.
Seems possible, but if that's the case, there should be a visible "range of influence" for the employee buildings, so you know what their range is. Similar to a police/fire department in simcity.
after that you can travel fast to the place they need to be
just got stuck there cause they where skyhigh and it dident seem i could release them again on a normal placement way
Probably because RCT3 is so old (well, not age-wise but technology-wise) that they had to build an entirely new engine. Seems like they're pretty much starting from scratch instead of rehashing old news. I find it interesting.
Anyways, if somebody could explain to me how I can SEE how many employees I have and manage them, that'd be great.
