Report a translation problem
As for when you have placed a gate, currently there is still an issue with peeps that have planned their route being able to still cross the gate. New routes should take the gates into account and ingore that path. You can see this when you place a gate on a busy path. If you make a new path and directly add the gate, you should see no peeps on that path.

I tried trapping a bunch of peeps in my park, and nothing worked. Signs, gates of all sizes and directions. This park was started in April though. The one in my video was a new park, but still, it was the week before the update. No matter. I can no longer hope the game gets better. So much of it predates RCT 3. So much is not Next Gen.
I get lost watching the peeps in PlanCo. They are amazing! Watching the flow of the park, watching the grace of the rides. They even FEEL real. The animations are so spot on, that big new pendulum ride, FEELS heavy and massive, yet graceful. Riding it is a joy! Riding all the rides is fun. You can't ride most of the rides in RCTW, or the cameras are in bonkers places, and don't have alternate views.
Ugh.
The more I play PlanCo the worse RCTW gets.
Heck, did you notice nobody has asked for "no entry" gates for PlanCo? Have you noticed peeps don't randomly walk down ride exit paths, for no reason?
