Black Screen with startup

I haven't been able to actually play this game for a couple of months now. One of the new updates (at the time) made it so my game will no longer load. It launches, and then gets stuck on a black screen with the box in the lower right-hand corner that says use shift+tab to access Steam community. I've tried all of the tips offered by TerrorToetje, as well as a few other "fixes" I've found online. I am running on my HP TouchSmart Laptop; 8 gig memory, 500 gig hard drive, operating on Windows 10. I have a standard Intel video/graphic drive, that I fully updated yesterday. I've tried downgrading to Windows 8, but that did not solve the issue. I've removed the game from my computer entirely and reinstalled, and still no fix. I have been able to play in the past before whatever update made it so I could not, so I am certain that my computer can handle the game itself. I am able to play older versions of RCT just fine, as well as MineCraft, but for some reason, RCTW will not load for me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I miss playing!

Yes I have and it didn't solve my problem.

Umm... not sure the HP TouchSmart Laptop has the required specs...
The video cards might not be enough...

Because you 'might' be able to launch and play with a pc or laptop under the minimum requirement but we don't support them, we can try to help but some issues that are hardware related, we cannot help with.

If all the mentionned solution in the guide didn't help, it's possible that your graphic card isn't strong enough to keep up with the game.
