no, just a bunch of bandwagon fruit cakes that cry about anything and everything in life, they improve the game with each patch

It's still bad, improving but still bad. Watch the fanboys though they get all defensive about how great it is. Until the last patch it was horrible. Slight improvement and some more basic features starting to work but there's a lot of room for improvement yet. Still not the game we purchased or what it was advertised to be but they have finally started making headway. RCT3 still has way more to offer.

Cool thanks for the info

RCT3 is still a much better and more polished game. However, with each update RCTW keeps improving and is more fun to play. User Generated Content really makes a huge difference.

Yes thats right, just a few people on the bandwagon. Err a few thousand that is, so your saying all those people who have posted negative remarks or commented about how bad the game is are just on the bandwagon and fruitcakes? Lol your delusional.

THIS IS NOT RCT3 AND WILL NOT BE. ITS A NEW GAME. IF YOUR BUYING THIS TO EXPERIENCE A NEWER VERSION OF RCT3, THEN DON'T ALL YOU WILL DO IS MOAN THAT ITS NOT.
I personally am seriously enjoying RCTW, I will admit it still has a long way to go. But it is a fun game

The game is great, and the last few patches only maked it better.
Ofcourse it still lags some management stuff.

Based on?

Lets define current state, the game works and there are a few performance issues.
For me personally this isn't something game breaking i'm sure the next game engine update might improve it.

There is enough content already to create wonderful parks, UGC "User Generated content" is awesome so many wonderful creations shared by members.

Park Management is not where it should be, you can't assign staff to a specific area etc. (Future Update confirmed)

Path system, it's not bad and you can create curved paths and make them really look beautiful, again more updates to come.

Scenery: Powerfull just wow:)

Terrain Editor: Works great, again updates keeps improving it.

If you just like to create wonderful parks the current state of the game allows you to just do that. If you like to manage a park (economics) you prob won't be buying this game jet.

Again take a look here at my sample screenshots:

defends on what you mean by Fanboy :), some if the nicer ones don't get defensive about this game as being a Fanboy just means your a fan of the game. So technically I'm one and I don't get defensive as I see it is a good game but it needs improvements in somespots. But with this last update it gave me hope that Nvizzio and Atari can make it one.

Here is probably the best way to decide.

If you are looking for completed game that works the way that it is supposed to work, then DON'T buy this game right now.

If you are willing to put up with some fairly serious game breaking bugs then this IS the game you are looking for.

If I had the option to re-do things I would have waited until the game was finished and then I would have purchased it as such. However I bought this game as a finished product (pre-purchased Nov. 2015) and then they released it as early access when they realized the game was so badly broken. The game definitely has potential and with the updates I can see improvements all of the time, however the game is still a very long way from a FINISHED PRODUCT.

If it were me I would opt to wait. Just my humble opinion though.

No duh. No one said it was. But the goal of new versions of a popular game is to be better. And no one said RCTW won't be when it is complete. Perhaps you should reread the post. The point of the post seemed to go over your head. Read it again: "RCT3 is still a much better and more polished game. However, with each update RCTW keeps improving and is more fun to play. User Generated Content really makes a huge difference."

It's true. RCT3 is currently still a much better and more polished game. Perhaps you haven't played it in awhile. But that's not to say that when RCTW is complete it won't be a ton better. As the post eludes, RCTW IS GETTING BETTER WITH EACH UPDATE AND IS MORE FUN TO PLAY. Perhaps you missed that. RCTW stands for Roller Coaster Tycoon World.

No problem. I think you and I are on the same page with RCTW. It's fun, it's improving, and every update makes it better. And the Devs are definitely active in responding to our posts and requests.
