Answer may very depends on what a person classifies as better, from yes to no, still seems lots of players have bugs, crashes and frame rate problems. I personally have no issue with the game and have had over 500 hours of fun so meh.
with no news updates we have no clue what they are doing...
The reviews tell the story! The vast majority of the RCT community will agree the game is dead with little if any improvements in 2 years! My opinion, it was better in EA than it is now!
These numbers show how much the game has been abandoned and how little Atari has done to improve the game since it's so called final release in Nov. 2016!

My opinion says you'll not find the game any better!
If you do reinstall and play, please let us know what you think!
thats not the only thing this game lacks
A: only a few bug fixes.
1. it lacks optimization
2. it lacks transportation rides, water rides and tunneling etc.
3. it lacks continued work and developement from the devs and Atari!
4. it lacks all the promised content and good game play that is expected from an RCT game!
5. it lacks many bug fixes that the community asked for over 2 1/12 years ago!
6. it lacks many more things to numerous to mention but mostly it lacks funding and any passion from Atari or the poor developement team to build a good game!
Hointar stick to the orginal topic that the op posted.
Again you are trolling other peoples posts with lies, you know they have released several patches that included several bug fixes, optimization, and pieces of content. Now that may have not been enough to please you, but it still dont change the fact that they have indeed done optimization and have continued to work and develope the game.
RCT2 is still my favourite... They don't have to make shiny new 3D worlds without gameplay and removed features... For me they could just re-do RCT2 with high res assets to better suit our 1080p - 4k displays... job done
Sorry to hear that, maybe one day they will fix the problem some people seem to have with the game and they can enjoy it as much as i have.
A RCT 2 with HD would be nice, i thought that was what RCT classic was but really havent looked into it, as i tend to like 3d more but RCT 1 was amazing.
no clue other then his name was in the credits
I didn't derail the thread nor did I lie! Bossdude posted a question from miniwolfens post and I merely responded to that!
My opinion of what's lacking in this game was a responce to anothers question and I'm very sure the vast majority of RCT fans will agree with me in what's lacking!
I know they have release a few minor updates but they haven't improved the game in most peoples opinions! Some pxp and a very few bug fixes in 2 years after the so called final release is nothing to speek of!
You know as well as anyone else that Atari has left this game for dead!
My post does answer the OP to a degree, for he asked if the game is better now and the things that are lacking make this game what it is now, not much!
So once again please quit telling me what to do and calling me a troll and a liar I can post my opinion if I like as you have done here for over 2 years now!
