Silent Hill games from Team Silent already have PC ports. It's just a matter of putting them on Steam.

PCSX2 + Widescreen hack + Ice
If your PC can handle it, I'd reccommend it

It allows you add roms to Steam and play them individually, this works well with big picture mode (If you have a 360 controller) since you can press the guide button for the overlay and exit the game
