Not mobile you idiot
No. This is a port of the High-Def version of Mirror of Fate, as was previously released on the PS3. It is, infact, more or less the original version of the game, as the game was originally developed completely with levels, models and textures fit for HD display. Sometime during production all that was adapted for release on the 3DS by toning everything down.

I don't know, the 3DS is pretty mobile in my mind.
As you can see the steam store started to get filled with mobile game ported to PC, Deus Ex, Warhammer etc.
Leave your troll cave and enjoy the fresh air outside, to much anger in you.
I don't think you know what anger is... and it's ironic to hear you call other people trolls.
3DS is a handheld console. Being a dedicated gaming device it doesn't get put in the same vein as mobile games.
