I'm stuck on Gargoyle Elevator

I have the power for kill the gargoyle, but the ghost don't shoot the arrow i press "RB" but don't work why?

Kind of a luck thing. The first time I tried, the game crashed, the second time it still broke the chain, and on the third, I got up.
