using empress gives you a gug that doesnt follow its text

the text it comes up with is realy cool:
end round:
promote an adjacent gug, boosting isnt attack and health
this enters battle:
commands adjasent gug to fight with +2 attack

but when you put it on the battle it starts huring itself for 15 twice and dies
