Swiftstrike Rapier and Cloak

Both items are supposed to grant additional attacks on your next turn if you have more speed than your opponent. It seems to only do that once and then stops. If this is working as intended, could we please see a description update to note first turn?

it already has that description with initiative. initiative means it starts at first turn but has an advantage: certain items can triger innitiative effects again (its just that all the other battle start items still need to be updated with the innitiative marker)
