It's best you look it up on know your meme, but in a nutshell it's a meme that praises serbia fighting muslims (it's also mainly a Serbian nationalism joke). If you look at Serbia's history it makes sense, they were ruled under the Ottomans for a majority of their history. Hence, breaking it down is pretty easy.
