Tourism not rising?
Hello, noobie here :D

I'm currently playing as Kenya, and the year is 2007.

So I saw a couple guides on how to improve the economy, and I saw people raising tourism as fast as they can. At some point, the income for tourism was inane ( > 1 billion).
Anyway, I wanted to do the same thing, but tourism didn't seem to go up anymore from 100 million...

- I started with very high tax, but pulled it down to 35%
- I started with very high global tax, but pulled it down to 30%
- I maxed expenses for tourism
- I invested decently in infrastructure, telecom, and government
- I have a positive balance and a positive available budget.
- economic health is steadily growing
- approval is rising and corruption is decreasing.

These are the things I have done. I'm trying to get as much tourism income as possible, but it seems that my tourism is stuck.

Am I doing something wrong? Plz help me noobie

Canada = Garbage.

Stfu. It's due to the amount you're allowed to spend on tourism in budget area
