Cheap Territories to buy

Hello Guys ,
As the Holy See I have invaded San Marino , Liechtenstein , Luxemburg , and Monaco.
I then took some parts of Austria , and sold a bit of my territory to Russia just for the fun of it and having a military alliance so noone would kick my ass. In exchange , they gave me the Republic of Mari El , (capital Yoshkar-Ola) so this way I have access to every resource in the game and can produce everything

Now i am bored of doing the same things in Vanilla , I want to spread my theology on other continents , any idea where I can buy cheap territories ? Even in Europe.
I dont have access to the editor , maybe some of you do and can let me know which territories are fairly cheap ?

Little by little I want to create some corridors where my Lebensraum can grow

If you want to take lands with Vatican or minor countries, plot a war between Italy and a country, build 1 soldier, when Italy gets land, place your soldier to place. And annex.

Any minor outlying islands basically.

Make sure to go to the mapmode for population per region and then hold down tab to get the names, usually regions are priced depending on their resources and population. Keep an eye on thematic maps and you can get some decent trade offers especially for military tech (one time I purchased most of Central and South America as Poland using military tech trade later game).
