Help with Font Size. Cannot read menus

I'm playing the English version (I guess) that I just bought from steam and even with a screen resolution of 1280 x 768 (or whatever) the texts in the menus are just too small for me to read and I'm playing on a 50 inch widescreen. Is there a mod or patch to make the text more readable? Thanks in advance.

You can windows to make everything on your screen appear bigger.

Bump. And the answer provided by melvingamer is not coherent. What?? Also, can someone PLEASE explain to me how I can sell / disband military units in bulk? As it stands I have to select units from the list ONE AT A TIME to sell or disband them. This is ridiculous. I should be able to hold "Shift" and select several units at once to save time ...... but as it stands, I am forced to do them one at a time. I'm playing as the USA and they have a crap load of units. If I wanted to disband every military unit.....it would literally take me days to accomplish this. This is not acceptable. Please help. And also, I'm still looking for font size fix. The font size is simply too small to read, even a very low resolution and I'm on a 50 inch monitor. Again, ridiculous. Thanks in advance.

Thank you memento mori!! I just have 2 questions. (And I promise I'm not trying to be dense)
1) The .zip file you linked.....I extracted it and all the folders inside there are in Russian. (I think) what am I supposed to do with those folders?
2) The "CTRL" part I undrstand. What is "LMC?"

I am using the English version of the game on Windows 7 if that helps at all. Thanks again.

1. find "dialogs.gml" file and replace it in "Superpower2/MODS/SP2/data" try it from all folders in archive if you are banned in google translator xD
2. LMC - Left Mouse Click genius xDDDDD

Ok memento mori! LMC. Got it. But you know what? CTRL + LMC doesn't work for me. I don't know why. But what I have found that DOES work is Shift+CTRL and then I can select multiple items. Kinda weird. Anyway, thank you very much for your help. Guess I'm getting a little old because I don't know some of these new abbreviations. :) Now I just need to figure out which version of SP2 I am playing. 1.4 or 1.5.1. I did download the latest patch from steam here recently. I just bought the game about a month ago.

So was my 19 year olds Girlfriend. St. Petersburg Russia. And I've always been Red, White and Blue American. I'm 45. She is a lovely young lady. I am so glad the cold war is behind us. I respect, but no longrer "fear" Russia.

I know it's an old post but I ve always wondered how Russians are enjoying our ♥♥♥♥ western predatory capitalism now...I m sure some might say they were 'better' off when they were 'worse' off...

Install Notepad++
Open the dialogs.gml
CTRL + F
In the "Find" window go to the "Replace" section
In "Find what" write this: <FontSize>9</FontSize>
In "Replace with" write the same as above but replace 9 with whatever font size you want.
Click "Replace All".
Save the document and launch the game to view your changes.

Some of the UI elements are designed for the 9 font size, I could get away with 11 but even then very large values in the game would make the text not fit its box.
