Joshua.exe stopped working

I want to play this game so much. So I bought this game in steam, wait till download, and launch the game, and.... crashes and pop-up saying Joshua.exe stopped working.
This is what is happening when I launch the game.

1.Launch
2.See some movies
3.See intro that have loading bar
4.Instead of filling loading bar, crashes. (and pop-up appears)

So, I searched how to fix. (I'm using win 7 64bit)

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, doesn't work
Run in adminster, doesn't work
Used Microsoft's compatibility mode, and changed to win XP, still doesn't work
Reinstalling all the requirment, such as Direct X 9.0c in the game's folder, doesn't work
Deleted the movies files, nope
Go to windowed, not working
Go 16 bit mode, nope
....

I think I ran out of mind while writing this texts. I know this is *old* game and it doesn't working well in win 7, but I'm still thinking "it can be fixed."
SOMEONE CAN HELP ME?

the devs aint fixing shi t soon, theirs a reason their has only been 1 update on steam
