Compost Bin, Feeling dumber than dirt

I built the compost bin and added 1 bucket wood chips and 10 fruit and waited and waited. what am I doing wrong . I read here on the forum how to do it and all I see is wooden chips in the bottom of the Compost Bin. How do you get the compost out ? . Thanks

you need to add at least 10 veggie or fruit to it as well but make sure wood chips go in first. then after 1 minute it will turn brown

I added 8 veggie and fruit mixed and all I see is wood chips like in a bottom drawer.

I did exactly like it say's 1 bucket of chips and 10 fruit and vegetables and all I see is wood chips in the bottom of compost bin. How do I get the compost out. There is something I'm missing and I don't see it. Thanks

Add one more fruit/vegetable and I bet it will work. I thought I had added 10 and as it turned out, I had only added 9, so when I added one more it worked without issue.

I'm up to about 12 now. can it be all fruit or all vegetable or mixed. Does a crate of apples stand for one fruit. And also when it's done does it appear in a bag or do you have to click some where. Thanks

Yes, it's 10 crates of food and after a minute it will turn brown, and when you click on it, it will come out as a bag.
