You'll probably get some negative scores on teamgrade though, since you leave a shooter open when there is an offensive rebound.
Assists is usually a 10-15 average for me, steals is only and usually only is 5 per game
When shot is in air hit L2 to boxout and then jump when the ball hits the rim. You should get a good few.
Double teams also usually draw a big (PF/C) out to guard that man which means 1 less big guy to compete with for the rebound.

I don't use keys.. but here's an idea...
open controller settings and look for defense/call for double team.
To get the rebounds you don't even need a high rebuonding skill, just leave the person you are guarding when there is 3 seconds left on the shotclock and go in and get ready to get the rebound.
If you play on quarters that are atleast 10mins long it shouldn't be very hard to get Points, Assists and Rebounds, even as a guard.
