Yes you'll take Jrue Holidays spot, but I think he will move to the SG position and compete with Gordon for that one. And Holiday is an excellent scorer.
In your 2nd season Davis' stats will go up and he'll be one of the best PFs in the game.
Downside from playing the Pelicans is that the backups aren't that good. In my game (as a SG) Davis has a minor injury and is out for a few games and Holiday is out for the season in december with a torn ACL. And everything went to ♥♥♥♥ because I have to work with a 72 PG and a 78 PF :(
I moved to the Dallas Mavericks and it's a much better experience as a PG.
I walked this way already. Firs year in Minnesota, and then move to Houston. Got title with no prob.
But in the offseason Howard became free agent and the team signed Enes Kanter. Losing Howard was hard to swallow - no more oops and monstrous dunks.
Then bad things happened - Harden got injured, while taking wide open jumper. Out for a season. As far as this game is broken after the patch, he is still in the injury list for two years straight. Pain and sorrow.
