How to change length of sim quarter in my career?

Can't find this option, it's stupid not to have it.
Do you have any idea where is it?

when you load your my career it will take you to the screen where your guy is sitting in the gym. From there press the red "b" button if you are using a 360 controller. that will take you to a menu screen. Move right until you see "options". From there click "game settings". Quarter length is one of the options found there.

That's the length of in game quarter, I want to change length of quarter of simulated games

What are simulated games running? 6 minute quarters like in game quarters default to?

I don't know what the length of sim quarters, but it seems to (according to the score) it's 12, in game quarters are 6
I want to make length of sim quarters shorter, so the score of sim and in game would be the same

I just had a look around. Looks like they are running normal 12 minute quarters. I see nowhere to change it. Hopefully we've just overlooked it.

I agree. I want this option aswell. I play on 8mins but the sims are 12. So The stats are way off, top tier players avg 40 mins? when im just at about 30. All their stats are better and pretty much lead the league with ease. I want to compete but the time difference makes it impossible. 8 min games are already long enough

I guess it's almost impossible to win mvp playing 6-8 min quarters

How can they miss something like that... it's so obvious, especially because they already implemented it in NBA2K14. I hope they fix it somehow, otherwise the MyCareer Mode (which I loved so far, and is probably my favourite game mode) holds no attractivity!

the function is still missing. If it will not be patched during the next month I will ask 2k to give me money back. The career mode is the only mode i am interested in.
