Is purchased VC usable across multiple characters?

Say I buy the 200,000 or w/e. Is that all gone once I use it on one guy or can I delete a character and get it refunded back to the full amount to use on another character?

Thanks. So if you spend $50 on VC then lose internet you won't ever be able to use it. If you spend it all on one guy then delete the character you're screwed. Or like some people, their game gets corrupted or servers decide to go down again you're sool.

The more I know about this game the more ridiculous it gets. At least with games like BF4 you can keep using the extras you pay for. If you spend an extra $50 on a broken game you should be able to make unlimited my players with max stats.

I guess it's just for rich kids with money to burn.

I want to know how to bring a created Roster into a game. Only in Create Roster can you trade players and get the legends into Game. The previous years, it was so simple to creat players, teams and import what you created into leauge play. I don't know why you have to change things so much. And from 30 to 60 dollars. Wow

I just made a new player and was able to use my VC from my other guy for him. That's probably the first time I've ever been surprised about this game in a good way lol. The $50 is steep but you can probably max out 2 players with it.
