Myplayer Account Expired

So I go to play today and I get a message saying
"Your MyPlayer account has expired, please valid your 2K account to prevent this from happening"

...Is this a server glitch or is this for real? Because I've spent all my pre-order VC and 10 hours working on MyPlayer.

This is happening to alot of people. Funny thing is. I am tempted to go download a cracked version now, because of all the integrated online. I can't even play my career offline anymore. 2K is forcing paying customers to become pirates now. When will developers learn, forcing all this DRM and online only BS is driving people away.

I clicked the link in my email. then typed in nba2k.com typed in my email and forgot password. they sent me an email with my new password. then i went back to nba2k.com typed it in, changed to new password. then I was able to log into the game. Hope this helps

I just figured otu how to fix this problem. The people saying authenticate your password are right. Go to the link in your email from earlier. Then login, if you can't login reset your password. Then login to that website. Then go through the authentication link from your email again and it will work!

I was struggling with this all morning but that fixed the problem.

According to ronnie it is a server problem and that it will probably take till around 6:00 pm if not a little longer for everybody to connect to their myplayer account again until then i guess keep trying if it works for you or try the options above the rest of us gotta wait though

The same thing happens to me! I even confirmed the email, and yet it deleted my account!!! Cant even make another one with the username must be between 3-XX characters long BS!
