everything is fine except whenever i play a game, all the players' colors go haywire and looks like its glitching. for example when i play quick game or my team, all the players on court are in different colors and i wont be able to see their faces at all. anyone knows any fix for this problem ? would really appreciate if there is any help ! thanks

hi, i have the same issue before when i started playing the game, and fixed it by turning OF the v-sync on the settings of the game, as well on the video card (NVDIA or AMD).

How do you turn off v-sync on the video card? I'm having the same issue.

yes, V-sync is vertical sync. I used ctrl+alt+f12 to get my control panel for intel to come up.

Do you only have an Intel integrated card ? Not Nvidia or AMD ?

Honestly, I don't know. I think that's all I have. Played 2k14 so beautifully.

If it is indeed only an Intel card, that's probably why you're having problems, 2k15 needs higher specs than 14.

I meet all of their specifications though....and go beyond them actually. It's recommended to have i7, but I have i5. The minimum is an intel 2 core dual something. I have more than 4GB of ram etc so that shouldn't be the issue. If I'm well above their minimum requirements and meet all but 1 recommended requirements, it should work well.

You've not mentioned the graphics card though.
