Deleted my player after I JUST spent my preorder VC on him, it just replaced it with an offline version of someone new!!!
Lost my VC and LOST MY PLAYER!

Same thing happened to me. Was in the middle of playing, spent a good amount of money to build up my player and now it says the history for my player can't be downloaded from the servers. 2K needs to get their ♥♥♥♥ straight, this is one of the most problematic game launches I've ever seen.

your careers n stuff are still saved. if u click Y u can view your saved files. ur character might just look different but u can change that back. but ya hope they are fixing the damn servers.

Spent 1 hour in front of a mirror sculpting a face that looked similar to mine. Only to have it reset 30 mins ago. LOL. WOOOOW what a waste of time. Luckily VC, and progression is still intact. Im not touching this game again until i know the servers actually work.

My players name is changed, he looks different and I lost all my rewards. How can I change my name and face back?
